Urban Shift Dubai provides professional moving and relocation services in Dubai. The services include home moving, villa moving, apartment moving, office moving, furniture moving and packing, storage services, and loading and unloading services. All the above services are provided in line with the terms set out herein.
Bookings & Payments
Our bookings can be done either on our website, telephone, WhatsApp or email. Booking will be done only after receiving the required information and confirmation of payment if there is any. We reserve the right to refuse, re-schedule or cancel any booking in case of any erroneous information or non-payment.
Customer Responsibilities
It is expected of the customers to provide accurate and complete details about the moving process regarding the pick-up place, the delivery place, a full list of all goods and any other special needs. All the property of the customers should be prepared for transportation on the scheduled day. Urban Shift Dubai will not hold itself accountable in the event of delays and extra charges as a result of providing false or misleading details.
